For the past 11 years, the Spectator photo department has recognized their best work with an ‘in-house’ photo contest. Again this year, we asked our colleagues in the newsroom to help us choose the winners. After the votes were counted, here is what was decided. We gathered at the Westown on Locke St. last night to hand out some hardware and look forward to another year – thousands of images yet to be taken. -Barry Gray
