The Fraser Institute has released its yearly rankings of Hamilton’s elementary schools. The Islamic School of Hamilton, which focuses on teaching the Quran, Arabic, French, and Islamic Studies as well as the Ontario Curriculum, is at the top of the list with a near-perfect ranking of 9.1 out of 10.
