Maple Syrup at Westfield

Westfield Heritage Village’s annual Maple Syrup Fest is on, running Sundays through March with an additional day on Good Friday. Visitors can learn how maple syrup production has changed over the years, and get a chance to sample the sweet treat. Here’s a look. – Barry Gray
