The Prom Project

The Prom Project is, quite simply, brilliant. Created by the HWDSB Foundation, it allows students from the city to access clothing and accessories for proms, graduations, or other formal events. Held at 2 locations – Sir Allan MacNab and Delta Secondary Schools, respectively – students can choose clothing, have it altered on site, get their hair and makeup done, and even grab a photo. In only it’s second year in the city, it’s a concept that is sure to grow and prosper. Here’s a look from Delta today. – Barry Gray

Hamilton. Ontario, Saturday, April 16,2016 - The Prom Project, now in it's second year in Hamilton, offers grads a chance to get a dress, suit, and accessories before their big day. Two locations, one at MacNab, the other at Delta Secondary School, were hives of activity as students also had a chance to have their hair and makeup done and get photos taken of themselves in their new attire.
