Harry Stinson’s Latest Project- The Beasley Park Lofts

Before leading a tour through the century old building, developer Harry Stinson spoke to about two dozen interested people at his newest project -the Cannon Knitting Mills. Stinson plans to transform the 110,000 ft. property into a hotel, restaurant, and housing complex on the edge of Beasley Park in downtown Hamilton. The development is to be known as the Beasley Park Lofts.

  1. It’s a great idea but the neighborhood in the condition it’s in today will not warrant interest from anyone reputable. I love Hamilton but smart choices need to be made in order to have success. Start with downtown-James st area and expand.
