Beautiful Family Day Weekend in Hamilton.

It looked more like a day in late May down by the bay Saturday. High temperatures drew people to the waters edge and beckoned at least one sailor to head out for a very early sail on the bay. Saturday’s high of 13 broke all previous records for February 18th.

Rapidly melting snow created huge puddles and beautiful reflections along the waterfront at Pier 8 Saturday.

It was not just the humans enjoying the crazy unseasonably warm days on the weekend, a pooch basks in the sunshine as it’s owner drives down James Street North Sunday morning. Sunday’s high hit 12.6 degrees.

Warm temperatures and sunny skies drew many to Beasley Park Saturday afternoon including Eric Ellis who enjoyed skateboarding with friends.
