Gus and Lou

Gus DiNardo and his son Lou, of Gus & Son Barber Shop on King St. East in Hamilton, cut hair for a living. And what a life it has been. Gus, now 90, is still at it, 61 years later. Their shop, in the same location for decades, is a throwback to another era, its walls crammed with photos and other memorabilia. Reporter Jeff Mahoney and I had a chance to visit with the boys and their customers on a typical Saturday. Read Jeff’s story here: http://www.thespec.com/news-story/7194655-inside-a-father-and-son-barbershop-open-since-1961/, and have a peek into their shop. – Barry Gray
